Shipping Policy

Shipping Policies We ship most orders in 1-4 business days. Some items require a longer ship-out time as noted.

We use UPS, USPS Canada Post and the United States Postal Service.

Free Shipping offer - Excludes heavy weight shipping and expedited services.

Cannot be combined with any other email, internet or catalog offer or promotion.

On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.

Standard Shipping: Most ground shipped packages are delivered within 4-7 business days from the day they are ordered. Expedited Shipping: We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping for many items.

Expedited shipping is not available for items shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations. Military Shipping APO/FPO Shipping: Most items can be shipped to APO/FPO destinations.

Items are usually delivered to the US military post office within 7-10 business days after they ship. International Shipping: International and U.S. Territory shipping is available.

This includes Canada, Puerto Rico, and most destinations outside the United States.

If a product description indicates that an item has an additional shipping and handling cost, the total charge will be shown during the checkout process, after we collect and/or confirm your address information. International Orders For orders shipping out of the USA, accurate weights and shipping charges need to be determined.

Orders shipping International will ship by the lowest price carrier. does not cover any duties or taxes that may be encountered when orders enter the destination country Order prices CANNOT be altered to lower import costs for customer.

This creates problems with the Insurance of items and customs.

Please contact us prior to ordering if you prefer a specific shipper or expedited service for a rate. We try to ship the least expensive and fastest service for overseas orders, but some countries will take up to six weeks. Inspect Package We ask that you always inspect your package for damage before signing for the delivery.

If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the initial order date. All returns must have a Returned Merchant Authorization (R.M.A.). To obtain an R.M.A., call 1-1-800-640-4859 or click on returns at the bottom of home page.

Please write the RMA number on the package so it can be processed properly. Items must be returned in their original packaging and include all original hardware, instructions, etc.. There is no refund on shipping unless the mistake was ours.

If for some reason you receive an incorrect item, please call our Customer Service Department. Please have your invoice, merchandise and packaging with you at the time of the call. If it is our mistake, we will exchange the item at no charge.

When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued. Item must be returned in new undamaged condition. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error. If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery* we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

If the item has been opened or shows signs of wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping and return fees. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may not qualify for refunds. Expect to receive the refund within one week from receiving your return at the Chopper Cycle warehouse. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.

Electronics items must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date.

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived.

All returns must be sent freight pre-paid. No collect shipments will be accepted. Please insure the returned part for its full value to protect you against loss. Send all returns to:

When shipping merchandise back to us, please wrap the part(s) in paper, place in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not leave the part(s) loose in the package. Parts scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted. Please note: all special orders are final sale. We will not accept returns on any special orders.
